Professional development days offer many benefits for both employees and organizations; however, our courses are self-paced and intended for individual learning. If your organization is gathering for professional development (PD), we suggest that participants complete the course individually, followed by group reflection or structured debriefing sessions. As our courses are IACET-accredited, we are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of each participant’s account and records. Please note that credit will not be issued to individual accounts if the course is completed in a group setting, as we are unable to verify individual completion.
