Celebrating 450,000+ Cox Campus Members Worldwide

One Shared Commitment: Literacy & Justice for All

The Cox Campus community has grown to more than 450,000 members worldwide. A milestone made possible by people committed to advancing literacy in classrooms, communities, and education systems.

Behind that number are teachers, school and district leaders, coaches, families, and community partners united by a shared commitment: literacy & justice for all, from infancy and for a lifetime. Whether you are supporting a child’s language development, strengthening classroom instruction, or guiding professional learning across a district, your work brings this mission to life.

“This milestone represents a shared pursuit of Literacy & Justice For ALL – essentially, we’re locked arms with 450,000 individuals around the globe who share the same vision for children, our children, all children.” Ryan Lee-James, PhD, CCC-SLP Director, Rollins Center for Language and Literacy and its Cox Campus

Founded in 2004, the Rollins Center for Language & Literacy launched Cox Campus in 2014 with generous support from the James M. Cox Foundation, expanding access to free, science-based professional learning. Our purpose remains the same: literacy is a right, not a privilege. Every child deserves the opportunity to read deeply and lead a choice-filled life.

Our members connect research to practice every day. Educators bring evidence-based approaches into their instruction. Coaches support teachers as they deepen their knowledge and skills. Leaders create the conditions for that work to thrive through shared priorities, sustained professional learning, and coordinated support.

Every course completed, resource shared, and opportunity created for collaborative learning helps move our shared mission forward. The impact extends through the children you teach, the educators you support, and the communities you serve.

Thank you for learning with us, leading alongside us, and making this mission your own. Together, we will continue working toward a future where every child has access to the literacy instruction and opportunities they deserve.
