Dr. Weeden is a visionary leader and a passionate advocate for advancing literacy as a human right of the 21st century.  She holds that we can eradicate the systematic dysfunction that has led us to unconscionable illiteracy rates by taking collective action - if we, as a society, have the will for the work.
