Video Upload

For best results, make sure your video is in .mov or .mp4 format and that it is under 500 MB in size. The length of your video may impact the size so you may need to compress the video if you are having problems uploading it.

  • If you are recording video with your iOS smart phone, you can adjust the resolution of the video you are recording. Go to Settings > Camera > Record video and select 720p fps.
  • You can also use a compression tool like Handbrake https://handbrake.fr/ to compress your video files.

File Upload

You can upload an image file in JPEG or PNG format and document files in PDF format up to 10 MB in size. If your image or document file is larger than 10Mb you may need to compress it to make it smaller. There are many free tools you can use to compress image and document files. Here are some tips and tools we recommend:

JPEG & PNG Files

We recommend a free tool “TinyPNG” to compress your JPEG and PNG files. Simply go to the website https://tinypng.com/ and follow the instructions on the page. Here you will simply drag or upload your files and TinyPNG will automatically compress the files for you.

PDF Files

We recommend a free tool “SmallPDF” to compress your PDF Files. This free tool can also compress many other files types. Simply go to the website https://smallpdf.com/ and follow the instructions on the page. Here you will simply drag or upload your files and SmallPDF will automatically compress the files for you.
